Nothica the White Witch

An old OC taken from a visual novel concept I had about 2 years ago, inserted into a magical/fantasy winter landsccape. The background was painted in Photoshop, using a screenshot from Game of Thrones as a reference "photo", and the character was made partly in paint tool SAI (the line art) and partly in Photoshop.
